Q. What is utepsecure?

A. utepsecure is a secure WPA2 wireless network. This type of wireless network ensures that all data to and from your wireless device is encrypted.


Q. What additional benefits are gained by using the utepsecure wireless network?

A. Along with the security of encrypted wireless data, users will only be required to log in one time a year. This will allow UTEP wireless users the freedom to go from building to building without having to repeatedly authenticate throughout the day.


Q. How do I connect my device to utepsecure

A. There are many different wireless device types in existence today. We have included instructions for the most common operating systems and devices. (i.e. Windows, Mac, Android and iPhone)
